 
 We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the 12-month project “Cognitive Enrichment of European Health Rights for the Elderly (E-geia),” generously funded by Bodossakis Foundation in the context of BUILD/ CERV programme. The project aimed to inform and empower seniors about their rights under the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and to raise awareness among families, health-care students, and civil society organizations.
Key Achievements
- Rights Awareness Study: Conducted a comprehensive survey of more than 100 seniors, identifying the main barriers to exercising their EU health rights.
- Training Tools: Developed and distributed printed Toolkits and launched a digital e-learning platform with educational videos and guides, accessible beyond the project’s end date.
- Outreach Activities: Delivered six in-person workshops in remote areas (Veria–Kastoria) with 90 participants, hosted three webinars, published four thematic articles, and produced three educational videos garnering a total of more than 5000 views.
