Project Information The BASIS project equips civil society organisations (CSOs) in Ireland, Cyprus, and Greece with practical foresight capabilities. This enables them to anticipate trends, such as the green and digital transitions, and translate those insights into participatory roadmaps and civic action. Core outputs include a foresight training module, a Training-of-Trainers package, and participatory workshops.
Our Contribution IMKKA is a key technical partner with a leadership role in facilitation and quality assurance. We are responsible for developing inclusive, CSO-tailored foresight training content, designing the assessment questionnaires, and leading the participatory workshops that help each partner create their future-facing roadmap. IMKKA also leads the quality assurance for all training materials and methodologies.
