These key figures are responsible for leading the strategic direction and managing the efforts of our talented staff, ensuring we all move forward together in our shared mission.

Glykeria Kolona

Director

Glykeria Kolona is the Director of IMKKA, bringing extensive experience in managing and coordinating European projects focused on social inclusion, education, and capacity building. With a background in economics and a strong record in project development, financial management, and team leadership, she oversees IMKKA’s strategic direction and partnerships. Her work reflects a deep commitment to fostering collaboration, innovation, and impact through well-designed and effectively implemented initiatives.

Penny Anastassaki

Senior Project Manager

Experienced Management Consultant with a strong background across public and private sectors, NGOs, and international entities. Skilled in the design and management of EU-funded and co-funded programs supported by a wide range of donors and public bodies. Expertise spans capacity building, strategic and institutional planning, and organizational restructuring to enhance governance and operational efficiency. Holds an MBA from City University Business School, London, UK.

Konstantinos Grigoriadis

Researcher/Volunteer

Konstantinos Grigoriadis has carried out a variety of research activities in the context of EU-funded and national projects for civil society bodies, which address the fight against economic and social inequalities. He has specialised experience in legal and political research including GovRM-COVID19 of the Research Centre for Democracy and Law of the University of Macedonia, as well as prior experience in educational activities, through EU-funded and national projects. Holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as an MSc (Cum Laude) In Political Science: International Organisation from Leiden University. He is currently a student of the National School of Public Administration.
