Project Information The main objective of this project was to design and develop an Observatory of Labor Issues & Policies. This involved creating the methodology and tools for monitoring developments in areas such as industrial relations, employment policies, and workers’ rights. The project also included designing the organizational structure and operational functions for the Observatory.
Our Contribution
IMKKA was responsible for delivering the core services of the project. Our team conducted the mapping of international models, defined the thematic areas and indicators, and developed the methodological approaches. Furthermore, we designed the organizational structure and the technical specifications for the Observatory’s information system.
