Project Information This initiative, part of the EU–Council of Europe Joint Programme ROMACT, focuses on strengthening the capacity of local authorities in Greece to implement inclusive policies for Roma communities. The objective is to improve living conditions and social inclusion by helping municipalities create multi-sectoral teams, facilitate cooperation with Roma communities, and build capacity to access national and EU funding.
Our Contribution As a subcontractor, IMKKA was selected to be part of the pool of consultants providing expert services. Our role involved supporting the project’s objectives by providing thematic expertise on social inclusion, assisting with field assessments and recommendations reports, and contributing to the policy dialogue required to implement the ROMACT methodology in Greek municipalities.
