Project Information This UNDP project supports Uzbekistan’s “Digital Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy” by empowering youth in digital entrepreneurship. The project aims to create a youth-friendly ecosystem by addressing skill gaps and policy challenges, with a key goal of strengthening the institutional capacity of government agencies to design, monitor, and evaluate policies effectively.
Our Contribution IMKKA provided technical assistance focused on institutional strengthening. Our role included supporting the development of a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework for digital entrepreneurship policies and assisting in the design of a capacity-building curriculum to equip public servants with skills in M&E and data-driven policymaking.
