Project Information This World Bank-funded project assesses the capacity and functionality of Somalia’s health management structures at the state, regional, and district levels. Given the fragile healthcare system, the project aims to identify capacity gaps and provide recommendations to enhance governance, accountability, and efficiency in service delivery, supporting the transition of responsibilities to government institutions.
