Project Information This project provides technical assistance to the Iraq Development Fund (IFD) during its initial phase of institutionalization. The core objective is to assist the IFD management in establishing a pivotal institution that follows the strict principles of sovereign funds, aspiring to act as an example of corporate governance within Iraq’s public sector.
Our Contribution IMKKA provided high-level advisory services focused on organizational design and capacity development. Our team assisted in developing proposals for the organizational chart, drafted guidelines for a code of conduct, and provided recommendations for establishing a performance evaluation mechanism to promote excellence and integrity.
