Project Information This project involved a critical organizational development review for the FAO Ethiopia Office, prompted by a significant expansion of its workforce and increasing humanitarian needs. The core objective was to analyze the existing organizational framework and recommend an optimized structure to streamline operations and staffing.
Our Contribution IMKKA led the organizational analysis and structural assessment. Our role included conducting stakeholder interviews and document analysis, evaluating the current structure for effectiveness, and proposing an optimized organizational design. We also developed a capacity-building plan and a detailed transition roadmap.
