Project Information IMKKA (under BK Plus Europe Ltd) was engaged by the World Bank to conduct a comprehensive business process mapping for small Sustainable Urban Development (SUD) projects across various Greek cities. The objective was to analyze the current “as-is” processes, from strategy to implementation, and design a re-engineered, streamlined “to-be” process to enhance efficiency at the municipal level.
Our Contribution Our team conducted detailed consultations with city technical teams to map existing regulatory processes and identify bottlenecks. We then developed and presented recommendations for streamlining, created detailed “to-be” process maps, and prepared a final report outlining the proposed reforms to optimize project management.
